Overseas buyers entering the complex are required to hold a buyer badge. Canton Fair overseas buyer's badges can be used in multiple sessions. Holders of badges issued in previous sessions can directly enter the complex without reapplication. Please ensure the safekeeping of your badge.

The 135th Canton Fair strongly recommends overseas buyers to pre-register and complete badge application at various registration offices. It is recommended that you complete badge application at Canton Fair Hong Kong Office, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Pazhou Ferry Terminal Guangzhou and designated hotels in advance before arriving at the Canton Fair Complex, or scan the pre-registration code and save the receipt. By following the advice above, you can avoid waiting in long queues for badge application at Canton Fair Complex.

Ⅰ. Badge Application Requirement

Holders of foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identity documents (Chinese passports and overseas permanent residence permits/visas), or Chinese passports with valid overseas work visas for more than one year are eligible to apply for a buyer badge.

Ⅱ. Pre-registration Method

Option 1: Please scan the pre-registration QR code below for an e-receipt which is applicable to first-time badge application, reissuance of lost or forgotten badge and badge replacement for other personal reasons.

Option 2: Please visit the official Canton Fair website BEST platform and select "Pre-registration." You will receive a receipt after you have successfully pre-registered for the buyer badge. This method is applicable to first-time badge applications only.

Ⅲ. Materials for On-site Badge Application

1. The original copy of the valid overseas personal identity documents, namely, foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identity documents (Chinese passports and overseas permanent residence permits/visas), or Chinese passports with valid overseas work visas for more than one year

(Please note that registration counters at the designated hotels only accept foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents.)

It is recommended to apply for a buyer badge in advance at off-complex service counters. Off-complex registration is free of charge.
