This year, more and more foreigners have been visiting Guangzhou since China introduced the 144-hour visa-free transit policy for travelers from dozens of countries.

Many people are eager to know how to explore Guangzhou in just a few days? To help you narrow down the options, SilkRoadPost offers a list of places in Guangzhou that feature traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

Shennong Caotang (Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine) 神農草堂中醫(yī)藥博物館

The museum is China's first semi-open museum of traditional Chinese medicine and a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Entering the museum, one can feel the strong atmosphere of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Visitors can see sculptures of ancient doctors in China, samples of herbal medicines, rare medicinal herbs, ancient medical instruments, photos and videos, which provide comprehensive knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine.
