The exhibition at the Guangdong Museum, entitled Timeless Masterpieces — The Exquisite Guangzhou Clock of Qing Dynasty, features a selection of Guangzhou-made timepieces from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), the largest ever exhibition dedicated to Cantonese clocks.

With hundreds of exhibits from various museums, the exhibition showcases clocks that incorporate a variety of craftsmanship, including gilded bronze and transparent enamel, employing a fusion of Eastern and Western art styles. These clocks are regarded as exemplary masterpieces that represent the pinnacle of Guangzhou's clock craftsmanship.
