If you are in Guangzhou, don't miss the chance to savor juicy, fresh lychees at their seasonal peak! From June 16 to July 10, a special bus route is launched daily from downtown Guangzhou to Zengcheng district’s lychee orchards, with a travel time of just 50 minutes. 

Bus stops are near metro stations including Exit H of Tiyu Xilu (departures at 9 a.m.), Exit A of Shipaiqiao (9:03 a.m.) and Exit C of Gangding (9:06 a.m.). People can make a reservation via official WeChat account "新粵出行", and choose a pick-up point to get on the bus with a free ride. They can also purchase ticket for lychee picking and eating within the orchard.

It is noted that no return buses are available. Visitors can return via Shantian station of Guangzhou Metro Line 21. And the event may close earlier due to weather condition or orchard availability.

As one of the featured programs of 2025 Guangzhou Zengcheng Lychee Cultural Tourism Festival, the lychee-picking bus line aims to allow more people to taste the sweet and juicy red fruit straight from the trees.
