Sited on Dayuan Street, Baiyun district of Guangzhou, SASSEUR Outlets is planning to open a new branch next year.

The 85,000-square-meter mall will serve cultural and tourism purposes and is expected to become the largest of its kind in South China.

To uphold the concept of integrating art with commerce under the super outlets model, SASSEUR Outlets will bring in a series of supporting commercial facilities, including a nightlife and entertainment zone, boutique hotels and restaurants featuring Cantonese cuisine.

The construction of the mall is in full swing now. According to the plan, the main structure of the project is scheduled to be topped out this November and will start business in September 2026. With over 400 international luxury brands being introduced, the mall is anticipated to attract over 20 million visitors in the first year.
